A modular outdoor kitchen makes sense when the individual parts create a useful whole. ForaFuoco, developed with chef David Skoko, starts with the relationship between the person cooking and the people nearby. The layout should make preparation easier while keeping conversation, serving and seating part of the same setting.

Start with the working side.

Locate cooking, washing and preparation in relation to the available services and the way the cook moves. The cabinet fronts belong on the working side. The worktop overhangs face towards guests, where the chosen layout allows seating. Reading those two sides correctly is more useful than choosing a shape only because it looks striking from above.

Use the modules to develop the composition.

CORE, SLIM, CORNER ONE and CORNER TWO provide different building blocks for the layout. A straight line, a turn or a more enclosing arrangement changes the relationship between the cooking zone and the surrounding space. Begin with the functions and circulation, then select the modules and dimensions that respond to the project.

Connect the working surface.

LINK 60 and LINK 90 connect the modules with their upper surface at worktop height. They remain black as the worktop and front colours change. Their openings face the working side, while the guest side is closed. They are part of the connected composition, rather than gaps between separate cabinets.

Confirm the equipment and space together.

The appliance choice affects the layout, service connections and cabinet requirements. Share a plan of the space, photographs, your preferred cooking equipment and the expected seating arrangement with Evoluta. Final dimensions, appliance installation and clearances are confirmed for the particular project before production.
